About Work Kriya LLC
Purposeful Work. AI-Enhanced Results
Work Kriya LLC was founded with the belief that meaningful transformation begins with intentional action. The word Kriya in Sanskrit means purposeful work and disciplined practice—something that resonates with how organizations must approach change. After two decades leading global HR and talent strategies, I saw too many companies struggling with fragmented approaches to transformation, technology, and people. I wanted to create a space where leaders could align strategy, people, and AI responsibly to shape the future of work. Work Kriya reflects that mission: helping organizations take conscious, structured actions that turn disruption into growth and innovation.

Meet the Founder: Pooja Arora
For me, work has always been about people and possibility.
Over the past 20+ years, I’ve led global HR and talent teams at Meta, Cisco, and Aon—helping organizations unlock performance, strengthen leadership, and navigate cultural change. My expertise spans talent management, organizational effectiveness, coaching, leadership development, DEI strategy, cultural change, workforce transformation, and responsible AI integration—all of which shape the foundation of Work Kriya’s services today.
I started my career at Aon advising Fortune 100 CEOs on how to build organizations where people thrive—and I’ve carried that passion into every role since. I worked with 50+ clients across all different industries, from startups to some of the largest companies. At Cisco, I partnered with the C-suite to design award-winning leadership, talent, and inclusion programs.
At Meta, I worked with the Heads of Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Gen AI, Infrastructure, Research, Product Management, and other leadership teams on the talent and inclusion initiatives that would move the needle and deliver clear ROI. I've led global teams supporting some of the world’s most influential platforms, embedding equity and responsible AI into how talent systems operate.
I founded Work Kriya because I believe transformation doesn’t happen by chance—it happens through conscious action (Kriya). My mission is to help organizations reimagine their workforce, amplify leadership performance, build inclusive cultures, and embrace AI responsibly, so that change isn’t just managed, but lived.
